Mini Goals - something that's doable.

  • Hi, everyone!
    I decided to "eat my elephant" in a very simple way - 1 lousy little pound a week. The theoretical 3500 calories per pound (although my own experience suggests this formula isn't right!) ... either by choosing not to eat the junk, or to work it off.

    I'm running about 3 days behind my planned weigh-ins on Mondays ... but still hitting a constant drop so far this month. I will be very, very excited to get to 159.5, which for my height, gets me back out of the "overweight" category.

    It's all good, and I love this forum. It's proof that it can be done. Thank you all ... for being yourselves, in your human-ness, and for sharing the successes and failures.
