I really like the progresso hearty tomato, as well as clam chowder, but they have a LOT of sodium. The campbells select harvest soups are good and they have have about half the sodium, and they have a clam chowder
I pretty much constantly eat Progresso soups, but only the Original Chicken and Noodle, Hearty Chicken and Rotini, and Chicken and Wild Rice varieties. I love them because I can eat the whole can for 200 calories and they're quite filling.
