Week 1 down.

  • Well I was back on the wagon a week ago. When I weighed myself last Monday after all the holiday food and partying I weighed 243. Thursday Thru Sun I held steady at 238lbs lost already. Yesterday I went a little over my calorie intake that I had normally been eating about 1500(normally) and even actually had 1 piece of pizza on white bread and I still managed to lose another pound. This morning I weighed in at 237.... 6lbs down in the first week. That is a awesome number. I have been working out too which I think has resulted in inches lost, because I have noticed my jeans getting loser and I tried on a pair of jeans from before I had my daughter and they FIT and they were very very snug during the Holidays lol.
  • YAY! I love putting clothes that were a little to tight and now they fit just right! GOOD JOB!
  • well done! that's amazing. 1 bad day doesn't hurt anyone. in fact, i sometimes find that one day of eating more helps me lose mor weight. i don't understand how but it does.

  • Yup it is. I definitely didn't think it would come off that fast. But I did go out with some of my friends the other night to a club so there was a lot of dancing which meant a lot of sweating.lol. I have also been doing Jillian's 30 day shred and some Yoga (which is so relaxing). I know not every week is going to be that great but thats a good start. Puts me even closer to my Valentines day Goal too.
