  • Hm, it's not working for me. Maybe because I'm on a Mac?

    ETA: Nevermind, got it!!
  • I can't imagine her having her own show! I love her, but really an entire show to fill up on her own??
  • I love her show. I tend to DL the podcast of it late Monday and listen to it on Tuesdays during work or my workout.

Oh yes!! Her show is 2 hours, but it could easily be 3. She talks on different topics related to health and weight loss and fitness, plus takes phone calls.

Go to the site and listen to one of the podcasts and see for yourself!
  • Loved Sunday's show...QUIT SMOKING! It's 09, people!
  • She's on again' y'all!!
  • Thanks so much for posting this link. Her show is exactly what I need. Funny I don't know if I like her all that much, but I need to hear it.
  • Thanks for posting this! I love Jillian!!
  • that show is so good! i started listening to it just the other day and am working my way back through the episodes. so great that you can download it to your ipod. she is funny, motivating and also very straight forward. i love that!

very informative. she really keeps me going...

well, and made me try newman's caramel cups yesterday. i used to be addicted to twix bars. and having one of those caramel cups does totally satisfy my sweet tooth. way better than opening a box of ice cream, too...

it was in a segment about treating yourself with food because you think you "deserve" it. and how you should rather go and get a massage, buy a book, go for a movie. because you deserve that so much more than filling yourself up with food. and especially empty calories.

she is all about balance and against the all or nothing way of doing things. love it.
  • Jillian's show is the best thing I can download on the internet! I listen to it every Tuesday at work when it's posted on the On Demand section of the site! I agree- her shows could easily be 3 or 4 hours. They always end so fast.
