Get Over Holiday Guilt!

  • Ok, it's January and the holidays are over. Most of us gained a few pounds and are not real happy about it right? It's time to GET OVER IT. If you ate some cookies for Christmas, or had some alcohol on New Year's, it's OK. You are allowed to live a little!

    Nothing good is going to come from feeling guilty about what we ate and about how many pounds we gained. So let's GET OVER IT. The past is the past, and let's think about the future and the goals we've set for January!

  • I sooo needed this! Glad there are a few of us on the same boat!
  • I needed that! Thanks! I'm starting all over tomorrow. I've been on vacation visiting my family in FL for the holidays and it took 2 days to re-stock my kitchen with all the healthy stuff. So no excusese now, I have the healthy choices and the workout videos and a gym membership. It's time to end this journey and loose those last 10-15 pounds!

  • I had a stomach bug New Years Day. Actually...it was the worm at the bottom of the tequila!

  • To a New Year! I was AWFUL over the holidays! Before then I had lost 111 pounds and was feeling great. Now, I fear that I have gained a few back. Anyway, no use in crying over spilled milk. I will get back on track right now and lose the rest of this weight (about 90 pounds).
