Getting through baking without a stomach ache

  • The Holidays are almost to an end! But, Christmas is only 2 days away and its my favourite time of year to try all sorts of baking recipes out.

    Back in the day, my favourite part of baking was licking the spoon and bowl at the end. Now, I am teaching myself not to do that, but sometimes it can be hard to stop overindulging in the "taste-testing" part of it.

    What are your tricks to avoid snacking on the batter/dough while waiting for the batches to bake?

    Its gross, but lately whenever I take a taste I spit it out before its swallowed. I figure over time I will eventually stop eating it.
