Hi, my center closed the day I was supposed to receive my Free to Live plan (I'm still stuck on the Express Plan.)

Can anybody help? I'm desperate for the new food list.

I'm on an older version of LAWL - so I don't have the Free to Live plan.It is possible that some of our newer members have it. Hopefully someone will chime in here....

Jesskahle....would you mind posting the free to live plan? I am a old LA member that is trying to get back on track. Our centers in CT closed back at the end of '07.....

I have the complet free to live la weight loss program. I have the white pamphlet-La express menu plan but cannot find the blue pamphlet-free to live. It had the food list for week five and on. I have searched everywhere. Would it be possible to send me the pdf of the blue pamphlet.
