Week 1, day 2 completed today. I was supposed to do it yesterday but I forgot. One Monday, I did it wrong, I did 30second jog with 90second walk, it was supposed to 60second jog. I did 60second jog today. My husband went with me and did my timing for me, I liked that. It was so hard, I don't think I would have pushed through with out my hubby. not sure how I am going to week 2 with traveling. my parents area isn't good for jogging, at least not for me. I think i will go try a high school track.
edit- no finding a track. its going to be cold and raining while we are there.
