New Years Challenge!

    So I had mentioned a while back that I thought we should do a challenge. It will not be as organized as Joni's. I will not be calculating anything. We will just go by weight lost. And there will not be a prize excpet the prize of being THIN! HA! Anyway. I was thinking we can start tomorrow with our starting weights and go through New Years Eve? Or Day? I am obviously open to suggestions. So we will update our posts. So it doesn't get out of control. If you don't know how to do that, just go back and edit your original post. I am excited! YEAH!

  • Ok, I'm ready! I would love to be in the 120's by the end of 2008 (even if it means only making it to 129!) - that would mean I went from the 180's to the 120's in less than one year since i started in February!

  • Well, I'm back, so count me in (I'll post starting weight tomorrow and Wednesdays are my WI days. I would like to drop 8-10 lbs, but I'll be happy with any drop, esp between the 24th and the 31st

  • Hi there! I updated my weight I was down 3 lbs. I am wondering if I should use that as my sarting weight of if I should take the loss. I think I will take the loss! HA! Lets see those updates ladies!

    Ok, that may be a bit aggressive goal wise, especially through christmas, but I will try. The last time I was 175 was when I did Weight Watchers and lost 40 lbs, in 2002. Then promptly found it!

  • Hi Everybody,

    I am still hanging in with the new years challenge even though my center closed and I'm on my own. Here is my latest weigh in:
    12/1 = 156.2
    12/8 = 154.0
    12/15 = 150.8 (NBW, not at center)

    I'm am thrilled and can kind of tell in my clothes now that I am past the 5 pound mark. I always get to 150 and then stall, so if I can just push through into the 140's I will be amazed.
