Here it goes, the toughest month for healthy eaters. Seems like every well intentioned nice person we know will be offering us white flour, white sugar, butter laden goodies, and let's not even think about the cheese plates, full fat lasagnas, and fried and sauced everything! We can do it though, we can get through this together by helping one another stay on track.
B: 1.5 c broccoli, shrooms, egg, rf provolone, ff refried black beans, coffee
S: applesauce w/greek yogurt if I need it (might be afternoon snack instead)
L: white bean soup w/escarole
S: babybel, carrots
S: Nessa bar (late yoga class)
D: kale, quorn cutlet or Boca
exercise - yoga class (1.5 hr), maybe a lunchtime walk if the rain goes away
