Finally UNDER 200!!

  • Finally!! I decided a month ago to get into shape, but didn't take it seriously until a few weeks ago. I hit my first goal of being under 200 pounds!!

    I'm so excited!! Last week I was getting discouraged because I was sitting at the same weight for a few days.

    I weigh myself, like officially, every Wednesday and in this past week alone I lost 3.6 pounds. Woot!!

    I just started eating healthier and working out more frequently. I started off with three days a week at the beginning and now I work out 5 days a week and I give myself the weekends off.

    I count my calories with a 1600/day limit. Lots of water. LOTS. With every meal I eat veggies and fruits, with more water.

    Once I started eating healthier and working out more, the weight just started coming off.
