What workout works for you

  • I just joined a boxing gym, and I have been doing boxing classes on top of my other workouts. They are really hard. What other workouts is everyone doing??

  • Lately I've been doing a lot of Pilates and Body Balance and I love it!
    Also I do Step as well as just treadmill and weights.

    But Pilates is my love at the moment. Ahah
  • I'm trying to get back into running more often (treadmill and on the street) as well as going to my lax practices. I also tried using a stair stepper for the first time today and it was super hard, but I'm definitely going to work at it!
  • Running and yoga!
  • I use are bowflex (which I love), pilates , Denise Austin dvds , & I just ordered a walk away the pounds.
  • I do:
    ~3x/week strength training w/ a personal trainer
    ~Cardio on the eliptical 7x/week
    ~Yoga 1x/week
    ~Lots of crunches and stretching
    ~Chase around 2 toddlers
