    I set a 10lbs goal for myself and I got on the scale today and I am 1 pound away OMG I haven't seen this weight in a LONG time, and yes 227lbs is far from thin but hey thinner than I was this time last year WOOHOOOO

    I am really working hard to get under 200lbs, if I never lose another pound after that I could die happy LOL. I have been trying so hard it is nice to see the scale finally moving!!

    Congrats! You have the right attitude, look at small victories, not the whole picture. I mistakenly looked at the whole person I needed to lose when I started, it was very discouraging. Now I look at little milestones. They come more often too!
