I want to get excited about the program again and need some new food ideas, can anyone send me it?
Also, I want my DH to do the plan with me, I am on plan 4 but he weighs a lot less. He is 6 foot 6 and weighs in at 200 pounds. Would he be on plan 3?
Are plans different for males?
