Im in kinda late but better than not at all..
I just did my test today and i did 15 knee pushups.
I will not start the challenge till at least monday to give me time to heal some from my tooth. I didnt know i could still do knee pushups.LOL
Well, i dropped the ball after week 1. I am trying to decide if I should start up again now, or wait to incorporate the push-ups into my new weight-training routine next month. I'm shooting for the latter...though, if y'all are doing it now, i will jump on the waggon again and start week 1 on Monday. I'll keep you posted!
I stopped doing this challenge ladies......sorry. I joined the YMCA and am using weight machines for my arm stuff now. Good Luck to you all!
