ive been thinking for the past few days in relation to my goal....
while i would be happy getting to 126....
im curious as to how far I could actually get....
ive been on my serious journey since June....
lost 6-8lbs each month since then....
ive been contemplating doing what i am doing in the next months leading to christmas....
and just seeing where i get....
its 13 and a bit weeks away from today....
so a lb a week would see me about 13lbs lighter (roughly 119lb)....
do you guys think this is a good idea or should i just stop when i reach 126?...
i really dont know, i think i need some input....
