Weekly Weigh In Thread Set 8 - 14

  • Guess I'll start this week's thread. Better late than never!


    I lost 1.5 this week, so that is the pound I gained last week plus an extra 1/2 pound
  • two pounds down, to 283
  • HI ALL-

    I just changed my ticker because today i reached ONEderland-- I have not been under 200 pounds in so long it is very exciting -- So I set new goals and reset my tickers-- I lost 1.4 pounds today -
  • Hhhaaaa!! Confession time..

    I have been very bad this past week and a half, and totally ate off plan.

    So, I gained 3 lbs.

    But I decided to face it, and even changed my ticker. I am back on plan now, so hopefully it will come off quickly.
  • Grrr...up .6 this week which puts me back at 237.

    But, I'm recognizing my mistakes, owning up to them and making better choices this week. Hurrah!
  • Ok I guess I messed up once again. Tipical mez moments. I posted on another weekly weight in thread. I said it was only a 2 lbs loss well it's not since I weighted in last Wed. At 215 and yesterday I weight in at 211. So that 4lbs. Hip Hip. I don't know why I got messed up on my days but I am glad I had to time to sit down and actully look at my WL material.
  • I'm still at 211 which is wonderful considering this was the last week at my current job and the stress was near an all time high. But I solidly fit into size 14 jeans at several stores yay new jeans
  • I can't believe it but I have lost 5 lbs this week. My husband and I have been trying so hard...it looks like it's really working!

  • Lowest I got to this week was 219.8 So, I'm not changing my ticker for that, it's to close to 220. Been hovering there for about a month now. But things have been very stressful, I moved and I'm just trying to get back into the swing of things.
  • 217. UP two pounds. The two I lost last week.
  • I'm down three. That two pound gain has finally come off, plus one more!

  • I am down 5 pounds this week! I am pretty excited about this I worked pretty darn hard, I'm just glad that I got to see some results from it!

  • I lost 3.8 lbs. this week. Now I only have to lose 1/2 my total body weight!
  • I'm another 5 pounds down, (yippee) which isn't too surprising since I didn't lose anything last week.
