I just changed my ticker because today i reached ONEderland-- I have not been under 200 pounds in so long it is very exciting -- So I set new goals and reset my tickers-- I lost 1.4 pounds today -
Ok I guess I messed up once again. Tipical mez moments. I posted on another weekly weight in thread. I said it was only a 2 lbs loss well it's not since I weighted in last Wed. At 215 and yesterday I weight in at 211. So that 4lbs. Hip Hip. I don't know why I got messed up on my days but I am glad I had to time to sit down and actully look at my WL material.
I'm still at 211 which is wonderful considering this was the last week at my current job and the stress was near an all time high. But I solidly fit into size 14 jeans at several stores yay new jeans
Lowest I got to this week was 219.8 So, I'm not changing my ticker for that, it's to close to 220. Been hovering there for about a month now. But things have been very stressful, I moved and I'm just trying to get back into the swing of things.
