I've officially started taking weight loss seriously about 5 weeks ago.
I'm eating one serving of bread a day, two protein servings, 2 dairy, 1 healthy fat, and a minimum of 5 fruits of veggies a day. I exercise about 3 times a week. I haven't lost a pound. My boyfriend is doing the same thing. He's lost 25 pounds in 5 weeks (dr. supervised - he just going diagnosed with diabetes).
What am I doing wrong? Is there a healthy way to jump start my weight loss? And recommendations?
