Wow, i like this idea. i am new here so of course i have not joined in any chalenges before but i would like to join in on this one if no one minds.....
I would like to set my goals at loosing 15 pounds and exscersising at least 4 times a week.
I think these are very attainable goals for myself, and i really like the idea of working towards something.
