Anyone doing weight watchers and south beach together, if so how are you doing with it? thanks

Core is rather similar to South Beach in many ways.

Weight Watcher's programs before 1994 were exchange based, and I'm currently using a similar exchange plan (I've bought a lot of old WW cookbooks on amazon.com that I use frequently). However WW Core, South Beach, and Volumentrics influenced me alot in the foods I choose to use for my exchanges.

Weigh in at WW, but eating SB since January. I'm Lifetime. I've lost 24# since January.

I agree that Core and SB are very similar. I thought about doing them together but never did.

i'm planning to start counting the points of what i'm eating on SBD to see where I stand.
