Is there a SB Online Diet Journal Website??

    I was wondering if there is a web site that has a online Diet Journal designed for South Beach? I have found a few but the are for diet in general. Free would be the best.

    Not that i know of. They would risk being shut down for trademark infringement, so any journal runs the risk of being short lived. I'm not sure if the official South Beach site offers a journal or not, though there would be a fee.

    Your best option might be to start up a free blog somewhere as a DIY south beach blog
