What's the Hardest Day of the Week For You ?

  • I usually do well staying OP on Monday and Tuesday, because I've prepared my food on Sunday. By Wednesday I have to really change things up, buying a new fruit or veggie to try or maybe that square of chocolate. Thursdays are usually a good day OP, because I clean my house on Wednesday nights and have a good start in the morning. Friday mornings are OK, I'm in a good mood work-wise, 'cause its Friday'. But Saturday and Sunday are really tough to get through OP... I don't work on weekends so I tend to lose the structure of my day and that can lead to trouble. I've been able to stay OP this weekend because I kept busy... I've been feeling better lately, more energy, means more to do...
    So, what day of the week is hardest for you ?
  • Not really what you meant, but "today" usually seems like the hardest day - whatever day that may fall on.
  • Sunday
    Sundays are the worst! I usually want a big pizza and love to wash it down with Diet Dr. Pepper. I don't ever use my flex points on WW though and it hasn't seemed to affect my weight loss.
  • Sundays are the worst for me. Weekends in general are pretty tough, because, as you said, the routine goes out the window when I'm not at work. But Sunday's worse than Saturday for me, because I'm thinking about not wanting to go back to work on Monday and hanging around at home and it's hard not to snack my way through the day. I deal with it by keeping junk out of the house and going to bed early.
  • Sunday is tough for me, because I just try to relax that day. We normally get in some type of activity, like biking - but I do relax a bit on the food.
  • Saturdays I'm often at my sister's, and the food is unpredictable but usually really good (fabulous cook). It's not so much hard, even though I have to exert some willpower for portion control. It's just a little more anxiety because it's unpredictable. But having a "day off", sort of (more in the way of what I eat than in calories), also helps keep it all from getting too tedious.
  • Sundays are the hardest for me because it is my rest day. I exercise the rest of the week and that keeps me eating well since I don't want to ruin my work out with bad food.
  • weekends are hardest for me, because my family usually sits down in front of the TV with the chips, chocolate, etc and its really hard not to join in

  • saturday by far, its my cheat day....
  • Friday and Saturday. I'm usually out with friends, sometimes in a bar/nightclub, and I'd like to have a drink or two, or a meal that may be off plan. I've gotten better at it though, by 1)realizing that drinking stalls my weight loss and 2) taking snacks with me on the weekend while I'm out, so I'm not tempted to order something totally off plan.
  • Sundays are my worst days. I swear they're like extreme doses of PMS and drag out like nothing on Earth.
