I am starting phase 1 today. I choose this because I am a carboholic and need to change the way I eat as well as lose a bunch of weight.
I am currently 228 and would like to initially get down to 170 and eventually 150 or maybe 140. I lost 50 pounds on LA Weightloss but once I was done the bad habits returnes and then the weight.
I need to lose for my health and happiness. This time I am going to add in siginificant exercise with a goal of being able to consider myself a runner. Currently I am walking pretty consistently for 2 miles and am adding in some running, maybe about a mile or so. It is a hard road back, but I really want to succeed.
would love any words of advice for getting through the weekend and the next 2 weeks
