Alas! July Weightloss "Results" Here, Please.

  • Well....much as I hate to do this, I am a responsible adult, I think, so here we go.

    I did not lose a frassing ounce in July and I know why.

    Post your results if you wish and I'll update the sticky - tomorrow as we really have one more day.

    (Before you ask, frass is caterpillar poop and a great substitute for the F word!)
  • I am cringing a little because I did not participate in posting hardly at all during July in our beloved South Beach section...either in daily posts nor the Exercise Challenge thread...but I am thrilled that I am now at 149 pounds
  • BIG FAT ZERO for me!

    (At least it wasn't a gain...)
  • ("Be kinder than necessary for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle" - Ruth, this is so nice, and an especially relevant way of thinking I should adapt to!)
  • 12 as of today. That is just because I started the plan this month. For next month, I am hoping for 3-4 pounds as I know things are going to slow down now.
  • I lost 9.2 this month. 3 of which were because I was horribly sick for a week. Things are normalizing for me, so next month should be more moderate.
  • I thought it would only be 2 or 3 pounds, but when I looked at my calendar and tallied the pounds... I loss 6.5 lbs! I'm so happy. I hope August is just as successful.
  • I made 5 pounds again- and my eating hasn't been as on plan as it should be. I've upped the exercise intensity, so that's probably what carried me. I will need to be better in August!
  • My target was 6, and I actually lost 6. I don't know how, but I did. That's pretty awesome.
  • i'll wait till tomorrow.. but it's gonna be a wash for me too... just waiting to see if it's 0 or a gain...
  • sign me up for a big fat ZERO! Its TOM right now, but the scale has NOT been cooperating this month! I didn't even try to lose weight last summer, but this heat is not helping me out at all.
  • I started SBD June 29th... MY July loss was a whopping 17.2 lbs!
    I hope to regulate my weight loss this month some.
    THough it sure was a nice way to begin SBD!
  • I've been on SBD 3 weeks now...just weighed myself this morning and down 1.6 pounds this week, for a total of 10.4 pounds!
  • No target for July, but I lost 6 on P1.
  • I need to go to the Y today, if only so I can weigh in! DS has had VBS at night all week so I haven't been able to go and it's driving me nuts.
