    the left picture is me on July 21, 07. The right is me today. 107 pounds lighter. I havent reached my goal yet... and things are going much slower now. But I have learned habits that will get me there. And my MS neurologist even says that having lost so much weight has made my multiple sclerosis symptoms much more managable.

    Thank you 3FC!!!! Couldnt have done this without ya!

    The support here has made all the difference.
