phase one-half

  • Still haven't really started. I'm trying to do some meal planning, and I made a tracker. I looked back at my weight record from last time I was here. I got down to my goal weight in October, 2006 and was stable till January 2007. So I just kind of gained this 20 pounds over the last 18 months, and need to get back into some better eating and exercise patterns.
  • I know you from before (and from another group). Welcome back! I've hung around here but been off plan for awhile and gained back about 20 pounds myself.

    I'm trying to get my life stable again in the midst of my divorce and eating right is part of that.
  • Hey, Barb. I was wondering how you and your nearly 11 year old are doing these days. You could stop by that other place and give us an update
