    ago today I started my journey. I've lost 43 pounds and 31 inches. I was hoping to get to 50 pounds but didn't quite make it. (I had a broken hand and some stalls in there or I think I could've done it.)

    WOW!!! That is amazing...so much inspiration! Helps me realize that one day at a time really does make a difference as well as all the little choices that I make.

    Lynsey, I've seen you go through all your struggles right along, and you've done fabulous, girl!

    I remember when you thought you wouldn't be able to lose again--and look how well you've done now! You have really demonstrated that NOT GIVING UP is a big key!

    Oh Lynsey, this IS fabulous. What an incredible, life altering year you've had. I'm so happy for you. You kept plugging away, worked through the kinks and came up all the better for it.

    And you've apparently lived up to your name - you really DO like to lose, because, LOSE is what you've done!
