  • grilled portabello "burgers" with lf cheese on Ezekiel buns, steamed fresh cauliflower, something green from the farmer's market
  • cola chicken sandwiches on ezekiel buns (I'm making my cola chicken in the crock pot, works really well!), broccoli slaw and apples with cinnamon sprinkled on top.
  • I love it when I invent a recipe and it works out Tonight was a chick pea, chard, cauliflower curry and Quorn roast. The curry was so yummy I skipped the roast. It will make good leftovers but I really wanted the spicy food.
  • Brazilian black bean stew, green salad.
  • I made ww linguini with hot Italian sausage, crab and shrimp. I didn't eat the sausage, and the sauce was loaded with tomatoes, peppers, onions and black olives, so I had my share of vegetables. Delicious!
  • Tonight I had baked chicken breast w/ avocado & mozzarella cheese and cucumber, red onion, & tomato salad. Very light and fresh.
  • today will be red beans and rice along with salad. (Brown basmati rice)

    yesterday was turkey cutlets with lemon and capers, broccolini and salad.
