hello y'all, just wanted to posted an introduction. My name is Kelley and I am from south Louisiana, I have three kids a dd who is 11, a ds who is 7.5 and my youngest dd who is 3. Earlier this year I finally had enough of the way I look, my blood pressure was high, knees hurt and my reflux was just awful. I am tired of being embarrassed to go to my kids school and first and for most I want to be healthy.
So I started working out about 12 weeks ago, watching my portions and my lowering my carb intake so far I have lost 28pounds
