Hey all, I had some older brown eggs ( prob a month old ) and I thought I'd hard boil them. I boiled them about a week ago, for a LONG time. ( I like to make sure they are done ~ 40 minutes I boiled them ) I opened 2 up just now and the white part looks fine, but it's almost like the yolk has a greenish ring around it. Is that just bc of how long I cooked em up for or is it some sort of fungas, or what? Id like to eat them, but I also don't want to get sick from eating them. Remember, they were about a month old when I boiled them.
Thanks!
