So i havent been on here in a little while but i have finally hit my original goal of being down to 185 and i am actually closer to 182/183 but i am here now and to the point of gaining more muscle so i dont know if i will gain or if i will continue to gain enough muscle that it will burn the fat also? But the sad thing to me is i am here now and i my body still doesnt look like i would like it so now i have hit my weight goal so now i am going to set myself a "look" goal lol but anyways i just wanted to say that i have hit my goal i am down 102 pounds in 2 years! i weighed an amazing 285 pounds as a 17 year old and now i am 19 and weigh 183!
The next step is getting myself the confidence to take off my shirt in public lol
