  • Before the crash, we had started a list of that ONE song we could listen to, over and over again, while exercising. I didnt have time to check them all and now theyre gone

Mine was : Enough is Enough by Barbra Streisand. It starts slow but really picks up in the end
  • I don't know why, but lately there are some songs that I want to listen to over and over again. I might get tired of them in the near future, but currently, mine are:

    Strange Apparition by Beck
    19-2000 (Soulchild Remix) by Gorillaz
    Dare by Gorillaz
Search and Destroy by Iggy and the Stooges
Here I Come by Fergie (silly! Haha)
  • Return to Innocence by Enigma
  • When I'm on the treadmill I tend to replay these songs on my ipod:

"Kiss"-Prince (also helps with issues of self-confidence that I have, listening to the lyrics )
    "Ready Steady Go"-Paul Oakenfield
    "Breaking me Down"-Soil

Just keeps me going and motivated.
  • I know this is more than one song, but here are the songs that I do listen to over and over again (literally--I keep hitting replay when they come on my iPod, sometimes I'm not sure why I bother to put any other songs on it ).
    - Love Bites by QED
    - remake of One Night in Bangkok by Vinylshakerz
    - Don't Stop the Music by Rihanna
  • Bad Idea- Lemon Demon (Not available on iTunes- you have to download it off his website)
I'm Shipping Up to Boston- Dropkick Murphys
  • I've started a walking workout and really like the tunes that have a strong beat so I can walk to the pace. Perfect ones for my pace are "Chocolate" by Snow Patrol, and "Walkaway" by Kelly Clarkson. I mix in some ska from my college days to really get the pace up, and these are good for slower but longer steps.
  • KT Tunstall - Suddenly I See
  • Stronger--Kanye
  • I have a few

Higher & Higher - Van Halen w/ Sammy
Since you been Gone - Head East
You Sexy Thing - Hot Chocolate
    New York Grove - Kiss
    Ride the Wind - Poison
  • Some of my true-and-tried musical motivators that keep me running:

    - Middle of the Road by Alabama 3
    - Catch my Disease by Ben Lee
    - Sixteen Tons by Tennessee Ernie Ford - yes, really! It's got the perfect shuffle!
  • Retaliate - Start Trouble - "I'll try to get in shape, lose some weight, it's a way - to retaliate" - Great for those post-break up work outs when your main goal is to make them regret it!

But these days it's more along the lines of..

    Hot Girls -INXS
    Van Nuys - Sixx AM
    Shackles - Mary Mary
Crystal Baller - Third Eye Blind
  • The only music I wanna hear while I work out is hip-hop/rap (even though my musical tastes are very ecclectic), so my playlist includes:

    1. Timbaland "The Way I Are"
    2. Rihanna "Umbrella"
    3. Tupac "California Love"
    4. Flo Rida "Low" AND "Elevator"
    5. Mary J. Blige "Work That" AND "Family Affair"

    Among others.
  • Lollipop by MIKA.

Cannot NOT dance when that comes on!
  • Way I Are - Timberland (fantastic Tune)
    Gimme Gimme - Britney Spears
    Tocas Miracle 08 - Fragma
    Warrior - cant member artist

i tend to like the trancey tunes....
