  • Here's our weekly weigh in, just a day late because of that crash.

    I'm down a strange and nearly unbelievable 7 pounds. What gives? I didn't lift weights as much this week and cut back on my cycling distances - crazy! The prior two weeks were very frustrating, so I think this is those weeks included. The frustrating weeks were probably just masked by water weight. I love the mysteries of the human body.

    Anyhow, good work and keep trucking everyone!
  • I'm down to 205 this week So a whopping 1 pound from las week.
  • I will jump right in on this one - after a month of plateau-ing, I was delighted to see a 2.5 loss this morning!!! Happy day!!!

    It helped that I kept the numbers around 1500, and paid attention to sodium levels. I'll take it!
  • Down to 200.5, which is down 3.5 pounds from Monday.
  • up 2 pounds.
