I'm currently watching biggest loser army v. navy wives which is pretty good. But it makes me want to exercise more and as I said no videos or equiptment so I think I'm going to do some crunches, push ups, and walking in place.
Scorpio88 - We've been having crazy weather here, i keep saying it is tornato weather and yesterday and today we had toranto warnings I heard one might have touched down near me.
Taylor - I totally know what you mean about mindless eating. Try walking or doing something like that in front of the TV. I might do push ups and crunches now. I normally limit the 100 calorie packs to either one with lunch or as a mind afternoon snack and one in the evening. They aren't terrible calorie wise but they are pretty nutritionally void so I try and fill some of my snacks with veggies.
Anewme - Welcome to the forum. You'll find a lot of support here. 117 Pounds is a great accomplishment are you still on medifast? What do you plan on doing when you go off it?
