I had a gain on my weigh in day this week, 3 pounds! 4 if you count that on Friday I was down a pound... well Saturday and Sunday came along, and while I didn't eat the best, it could have been SO much worse. I went over on Saturday by 400, but was under on Sunday by 200 calories... so how does that work??
The only thing I can think of to explain this is that I didn't eat my "regular" diet. So my question is this... is it normal that you have to be "on" every single day to see a loss? If I mess up one little thing, whether its having carrots instead of broccoli for dinner, or having a 100 calorie can of pop with lunch.. it seems to cause a gain, and I tell yah, it's hard to be 100% perfect all the darn time!! Its frustrating, and makes me not want to lose weight, because I get tired of eating the same thing every day!! End rant...
