Biggest Loser in the Workplace

    Hi guys,

    I'm new here. Is anyone's workplace holding Biggest Loser competitions? I work at a hospital and was just chosen in the top 10 for the contest. We start with personal trainers in 2 weeks. I can't wait.

    I would love input and inspiration from any and all.

    THat's so exciting!! Wow, I've not heard of that in the workplace, how creative! I've only heard of WW being done in the workplace. But feel free to come in to the thread above - the BL Challenges - and chat wilth us about your experience. There's 3 teams, red, blue, black and you chat with us all. It's too late to join until the next challenge starts in the summer, but we'd love to hear about your success!

    i too am starting a TBL competition in my area we start 5/30 we are aiming for 10 people and we have 6 so far. good luck!
