Chocolate PB Ricotta Creme

  • I just tried this tonight and it was delicious...very rich and filling...a quick sweet fix.

    1/2 cup Ricotta
    2 TBSP fat free Cool Whip
    1 teaspoon (more or less to taste) cocoa powder

    Mix all together. I saved one of the TBSP of cool whip for the top. Then I drizzled a tablespoon of natural peanut butter over the top, then chopped up 6 or 7 almonds and threw them on top too. Yum
  • Sounds delicious! I love to take Ricotta and mix a little splenda, cut up some fresh strawberries and spread it out on a whole grain cracker like Wasi brands.
  • I made something similiar, but without the cool whip. I put cocoa, splenda, vanilla and some pb in a cup and mashed it together with a little hot water to make a paste, then added the ricotta. It turned out a little more peanut buttery than I had planned but, still delicious
