Vixjean, I just started the C25K yesterday, and used the podcast for it. I
LOVED it! For one thing, not looking at my watch or the timer on the treadmill is a big plus for me, as it will help keep me from cheating.
I actually don't mind the music. It's not what I would load on my iPod myself, but it helps me keep up my pace, and I don't focus on the music like I sometimes do if it's my own tune list. But I also actually like his instruction/encouragement. It's almost like having a trainer work out with you, giving you motivation!
(Granted, this is after one session. We'll see how I feel about it on week 6! LOL!)
