hallewood - I had been doing the fat smash diet before and had some great success, but then life took over and I got off track. I'm now starting the regular fat smash tomorrow (5/5). I'm doing a modified version that was set up with my trainer where I'm going to do detox Mon-Thurs and then Phase II on Fridays. Sat & Sun are whatever days, but the plan is to not go crazy since I'll be doing so well and won't want to sabotage it, right?! At least, that's the plan!
So even though mine is a little different, let's plan to help each other out and be there in case we need a little help!
