    I've redone my blog to reflect my new motivation in exercise and diet. I pretty much detail what I do in workouts (so far I've just started running) to what I make for dinner or what I did that was good (or bad) in the world of meals. I find it helps me keep track of what I ate, and take responsibility for it. I also try to keep it light as well.
