when i'm stumped i usually get the BIG SALAD with every imagineable fixin and throw some grilled chicken on top, a yummylow-fat drsng and maybe a nice w.w. roll and voila, done! and it's a LOT of food to consume for not a lot of calories so i feel like i'm cheating LOL
yep.. we grill all the time! Pork chops, chicken of any kind, steak.. the leanest we can get, even ham and shrimp go on the grill. A baked sweet potatoe and some steamed broccoli with any of these makes it seem like you are having a well planned meal and really it is a great spur of the moment meal.
I jsut got a recipe on blue team chat...it was for chicken put in a crock pot or oven with a can of cola and 1 cup of catsup. I will use a diet coke and catsup. They say its good.Would work on pork as well.
