I listen to a lot of podcasts. I recently found that there are some AWESOME podcasts that are recordings of OA meetings. What a great way to check it out!

Just go to itunes and do a search on "Overeaters Anonymous." Good luck!

Hey Pat-

A pod cast is a recorded audio file that you can download to your computer from the internet. If you have sound/speakers connected to your computer, you don't need any other equipment to listen. Some people prefer to download them to their ipod or mp3 player and listen to them anywhere.

You can download the itunes software for free. Then, you can go to the itunes store on the internet and download podcasts for free. I like to download podcasts of my favorite radio shows and then listen to them when it's convenient for me-- kinda like tivo but for the radio.

I've found several OA and AA podcasts that feature recordings of speakers.
