    Exercise - 20 min powerwalk with the dog + chasing the dog around the house
  • Tuesday 4/23

    Breakfast: protein shake (235)

    Lunch: Amy's country dinner (390)

    Snack: 1/4 cup low-cal ice cream (60)

    Snack: granola cereal and Fage yogurt (215)

    Dinner: half PB&J on spelt bread, large carrot, chocolate almond milk (340)

    Snack: rice crackers (300)

    Exercise: 10 (hard!) minutes strength training

    I may skip exercise today because my knees are sore.

    Snack: apple and 1 tablespoon peanut butter

    Dinner: baked scrod, green beans, baked sweet potato, 1/2 cup brown rice pasta

    Snack: 1.5 cups Joe's O's cereal, half a frozen mango bar

    Dessert: 1/3 cup low fat ice cream, two chocolates

    Exercise: 40 minute walk

    Breakfast: protein shake

    Lunch: Amy's gluten-free baked ziti

    Snack: 1/2 cup granola cereal, 1/2 Fage yogurt

    Dinner: mixed salad, salmon, asparagus, bread with olive oil

    Snack: 2/3 cup granola cereal, 3/4 a frozen mango bar, a kit kat bar (yeah, went a little overboard)

    Exercise: 20 minutes (hard!) strength training
