I bought ground, meal flax seed that you can add to anything you eat and even substitute butter and oils with it in baking and cooking.
My question is, how much should I be adding to my food (yogurt, cereal etx.) daily? Servings size is 2 tbsp. Is that the max for the day?
I'm not worried about the fat cotent since it's "good" fats. I'm using it for the omega nutrition. Does anyone else use this on a daily basis and how much should I be taking?
