phase I question

  • I am day 3 of phase I. I feel like I am eating too much food. Can someone give me a sample of what they eat in a day? I would appreciate it.

  • Bech... That menu sounds great! I look up lots of different vegetable recipes online too! Have you tried the sweet potato fries? They are great and P1 friendly! Also I personally love broccolli and steam broccolli with different dressings... and for dessert I love putting grapes in a ziploc and freezing them, they are like lil popsicles.

    Here is my FS Phase1 menu from my first 4 days:

    Day1:
    BF:Oatmeal
    S:2 Tangerines & 1 Pickle
    L:Split Pea Soup
    D:Boca Burger w/ketchup & mustard
    Broccolli w/Sweet Chili Sauce

    Day 2:
    BF: Oatmeal w/blueberries
    S: 2 Tangerines & Banana
    L: Sweet Potato Fries
    D: Can of Corn & carrots
    S: Grapes

    Day 3:
    BF: 4 Egg Whites w/salsa, bell pepper & onion
    S: Frozen Grapes
    L: 1/2 can Split Pea Soup, 1 Apple
    S: Apple
    D: other 1/2 can Split Pea Soup & Carrots w/dressing
    S: Banana

    Day 4:
    BF: Apple Bake (sliced apple, splenda, cinnamon, 0cal butter spray & oatmeal on top-- recipe in forums)
    S: Grapes
    L: Boca Burger Patti & Sweet Potato Fries
    S: Carrots & 1 Tangerine
    D: BOca Burger Patti, grilled Onions & Tbsp Steak sauce
