    You look GR8!! I love seeing everyone's progress, gives me hope. I do understand the mental image thing. I had lost a lot of weight but gained it all back because my mental image was wrong.

    Stay focused on the reason you decided to go on this journey and you can change the picture. Looking forward to my turn to post my pictures at my goal weight.
