  • I am staying on my plan today because having a plan helps me to have sanity with food. Someday...I'd like to get to Onederland.
  • Because I am at a new low and dont want to go back up!
  • Because tomorrow (and today) is always fresh, with no mistakes.
  • I want to stay with healthful eating today - because unorganized eating makes me feel anxious.
  • Basically because I need to...
  • Because I want to see the 220s again.
  • I'm staying on plan today for two reasons. The first reason is because I weighed in today and I'm down 5.8lbs, so thats a total of 20lbs so far. The other reason is I'm realizing that this is really possible! With hard work I can do this!
  • Because I am one pound away from the 220's!
  • Because I'm so close to a new 'decade'. I love those number changes!

    However.......I will stay on plan because failure is not in my dictionary....the pain i feel working out now will never equal the pain of feeling fat.....

  • for me it's because the doctor told me if i don't get better i've got to get tested for asthma. I'll be darned if i gain so much weight i develop ASTHMA!!!
