    What sort of eating plan are you following? Most likely, we have a forum for it. You can also post in different areas based on how much you have to lose or by age range.

  • Honestly, I don't have an eating plan. That's part of my problem. I'm always on the go, so my eating is crap. So, that's something I'm working out this weekend.
