Bought it for my husband, who loves fruit juice, and he was totally unimpressed.
I know lots of people who seem to think that they need to have a big serving of plain green stuff sitting all by itself on one side of the plate, or a big salad full of fresh veggies... which will make you miserable if you don't really like veggies that much. And let's face it, your food all gets mixed together in the end!
I'm not saying you're like this, but maybe someone who reads this can relate...
In that case, you'd be better off "hiding" vegetables in your food -- cut into tiny pieces in pasta dishes, added to soups, sliced thin on sandwiches, mashed cauliflower instead of potatoes, roasted squash instead of french fries... etc. Same with fruit -- cut it up into cereal or oatmeal, make a smoothie with milk or yogurt, eat it on cottage cheese or yogurt or a little bit of light ice cream, incorporate it in chicken/fish dishes. See? No reason to keep them separate.
And, like BlueToBlue said, take a mutivitamin if you're worried about getting the right nutrients. I take one daily because I'm sometimes too busy to get in as many veggies and fruits as I would like.
