10% goal - met!

  • I've been on plan (weight watchers) and exercising for 10 weeks, and this week have hit my 10% goal (and a few extra lbs!).

    my next major milestone will be getting to my lowest adult weight (which was previously 198, so I guess i'm shooting for 197)!
  • Congratulations! I love seeing other WW's succeed. I really think it's the best plan out there for eating better and losing weight, and generally just feeling healthier all around. It makes me think I will reach my 10% goal too, to see that you have! Well done!!
